Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least two days in advance (48 hours) so we have the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment. There are two options, we can keep your account in credit for a future appointment or you can request a refund.
Cancellation within 48 to 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Less then 24 hour cancelation (no show, unsuitable vehicle or licence issues etc.) will result in no refund.
